We cruise to a tucked-away corner of Hvar where the Colnago family has tended vines for generations. From their stone terrace, the vineyards roll down toward an endless blue horizon, and the air smells of rosemary and salt.
As the sun lowers, you taste their handcrafted wines paired with local cheese, olives, and cured meats, while your hosts share the stories behind every bottle. It is intimate, delicious, and unmistakably Dalmatian.
